Overview

Deliver immersive, themed annual training events that engage and inspire Kia’s dealer network through creative environments, storytelling, and technical excellence.

Since 2017, Kia has trusted FoxWylie to deliver its flagship Masterclass training programme. Each year introduced a completely new theme and creative direction, requiring fresh storytelling, unique environments, and distinctive stage builds.The challenge was to continuously innovate year after year—ensuring each event felt fresh, relevant, and impactful while still aligning with Kia’s evolving product and brand direction.

Objectives

Support Kia’s annual training objectives through engaging, experiential live events

Create a new visual and storytelling world for each Masterclass theme

Deliver large-scale theming through scenic builds, props, and environments

Ensure consistent technical quality and seamless delivery across multiple years

We designed and delivered custom-built props, scenic backdrops, stage sets, and environment dressing—transforming venues into fully realised themed worlds.

3. Technical Production & Event Delivery

Our team delivered staging, lighting, sound, video integration, and live show management, ensuring each Masterclass was executed to a consistently high standard.

4. Learning Environment Support

We ensured the technical setup supported Kia’s training delivery, enabling smooth transitions between live presentations, video content, and interactive content.

Outcome

The Kia Masterclass series demonstrates FoxWylie’s strength in delivering highly themed, technically complex training environments over multiple years.
